Do you know what animal habitats are?
Habitats are the specific places where animals live and find everything they need to survive. Some live in homes with people, like dogs and cats, and these are called domestic animals. Others live in wild places, such as forests, savannas, and oceans. They have vast spaces to explore and find food, like lions that live in savannas or fish that swim in oceans.
Each habitat is important for animals, whether in people’s homes or in nature. We must protect these places so that all animals can live happily and healthily.

GIRAFFE
Giraffes are impressive animals, recognized for their extraordinary height and elegant appearance. Found in the African savannas, these creatures are the tallest mammals in the world, with a long, flexible neck that helps them reach the leaves of trees. Living in social groups known as “herds,” giraffes are herbivores and spend most of their time feeding. However, they face threats such as habitat loss and illegal hunting. Conservation is essential to protect these unique animals and ensure their future survival.
