ACTIVITY PROPOSAL

JELLYFISH

It is a gelatinous, transparent, umbrella-shaped marine animal. It has tentacles that can burn the skin, used for defense and to capture small animals. In the sea, the jellyfish moves slowly by contracting and releasing its body, as if it were pulsating, but most of the time it is carried by the sea currents.

BUILD

As a team, build a prototype of a Jellyfish. Use the parts available in the structural robotics technology kit. Carefully follow each step of the assembly and testing. All members must actively participate in the process and contribute ideas and solutions.

After building the prototype, share your experience with your colleagues.

  • Which part of the jellyfish does the green connector represent?
  • Which stem was used the least?
  • When you finished assembling it, was it easy to tell that it was a jellyfish?

Then, save all the materials you used.
