Modern man has been neglecting sports practices, which often leads to a sedentary lifestyle and causes disorders such as poor diet, obesity, smoking, stress, coronary diseases, etc.

In response to this attitude, sports science has been developing studies and demonstrating the importance of regularly practicing a well-planned physical activity for people to have a healthier life.

Among the benefits of physical activity are: increased self-esteem, concentration, and memory; reduction of cholesterol levels; delayed aging; improvement in sleep quality, among others.

ACTIVITY PROPOSAL

 

MOTORCYCLING

This is a sport practiced with motorcycles, which requires skill, balance and concentration. It can be practiced on asphalt, dirt or natural trails. The main modalities include: motocross, speed (MotoGP), enduro and rally. It is an extreme sport, which combines technique, resistance and safety.

 

 

BUILD

As a team, build a prototype that represents the practice of motorcycling. Use the parts available in the structural robotics technology kit. Carefully follow each step of the assembly and testing. All members must actively participate in the process and contribute ideas and solutions.
